It is more than disappointing to receive a food item that was not what was advertised. Here, in Florida, popular substitution items include various fish for Grouper and Krab for Crab. It is not only unethical; it is also against Florida’s Food Code - 509.292(1) FS with a $500 fine. Very good to know should you ever come across this, as I have recently while dining out.
