Commonly asked Question's
Q. Does Cater Express require a catering agreement?
A. We require an agreement to be signed by our client and us to save your date, to ensure you receive your order exactly as you intend and to calculate the required 50% food and beverage deposit.
Q. Is Cater Express fully licensed and insured and why is that important?
A. Cater Express is licensed with the State of Florida’s Hotel’s and Restaurant Division and is insured through Montgomery Business Insurance Company. If you are considering comparable services, we urge you to inquire for these details to help ensure that your special event or celebration is conducted by a licensed professional in our industry.

Q. What if I need to cancel my event?
A. Cater Express allows you to cancel your event up to 3 weeks prior to your guaranteed event date with a refund of 50% of your deposit. Cancellation after 3 weeks prior to your guaranteed event will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
Q. Can I re-schedule my event date after making a deposit?
A. You may re-schedule once within 90 days of the original date, if you notify us 3 weeks prior to the event and only if the new date is available (we will make our best effort to help accommodate).
Q. Does Cater Express have alcohol and bartenders?
A. Yes
Q. Where did you meet Wolfgang, Emeril, Gordon Ramsay and the other chefs?
A. I worked at HSN for their on-air television department which allowed me the opportunity to gain exposure to many of today’s top chefs. I am fortunate to have had the chance to watch them perform live as well as assist them behind the scenes. The activities of the culinary team and food stylists involved with each chef or new kitchen gadget was a learning experience of a lifetime!
